Dan Mummert is a Senior Engineer leading the Innovation Program at Pickett. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Geospatial Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with over two decades of comprehensive experience delivering industry-leading engineering, surveying, aerial mapping, and GIS solutions across the country. During his career, Dan has also served as a City Engineer, responsible for long-range planning and asset management. He has proven experience utilizing GIS and remote sensing tools to solve municipal challenges. His role at Pickett includes implementing innovation and change management initiatives, with a focus on integrating geospatial technologies including Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Lidar, Terrestrial Scanning, Hydrographic/Topo-bathymetric Surveying, Reality Modeling, GIS, Remote Sensing, and AI/Deep Learning tools into project workflows.
