He provides GIS support to the Census & Economic Information Center (CEIC) where he is the primary contact in the State of Montana for statistical boundary updates to the U.S. Census Geography program. He holds an M.S. in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University and has held GIS positions at Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and the Forest Science Department at Oregon State University.
